Whittlebury Hall Management Training Centre, Hotel and Spa in Northamptonshire has supplemented its standard day delegate and 24hr delegate packages over the Summer months with a set of complementary morning and afternoon motivational sessions, specifically designed to encourage effective learning.

Throughout June, July and August, the ‘Morning Blast & Relax Taster’ will be added to day packages, designed to focus delegates’ mind and relax their body prior to the days’ business. A personal trainer will lead them in exercises to stretch and energise the body, followed by a calming shoulder and neck massage to clear the mind. For the afternoon, the ‘After course Summer Starts Here Taster’ will provide delegates with a Pimm’s Summer Punch as an after course refresher.

Sacha Cauwels, General Manager, Whittlebury Hall commented: “Through experience and a lot of research conducted at both Whittlebury Hall and Scalford Hall, we have found that by helping people relax and feel as comfortable as possible, it really opens up the mind and brain and prepares a person for valuable learning and good business.”
